To bring with you :
- A piece of identification
- A proof of order (printed or by presenting the transaction via their cell phone)
Delivery fees cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and delivery charges. In no case will a customer be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction in delivery costs.
Orders must be processed within 2 to 4 business days for products in stock at our warehouse, plus an average of 1 to 4 business days for delivery in Quebec. The STM Boutique can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from an out-of-stock condition at the distributor's or the carrier's.
Return of merchandise
Items supplied by the STM Boutique are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, the STM Boutique undertakes to exchange or refund it within 30 working days of the delivery date, provided that it is accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Delivery charges are not refundable.
For a return of merchandise, the customer agrees to return the merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date. However, if the product is not defective, the return will be subject to an administration fee of 15% and the delivery charges will not be refundable. If the customer has taken advantage of a free shipping offer, the administration fee will be 25% of the selling price of the returned item.
