Orders

You can place your orders on the website www.boutiquestm.com

Availability of items

All orders are processed from our warehouse; the products we have in stock are normally shipped within 2 to 4 business days. However, the STM Boutique cannot be held responsible for failure to meet posted delivery times. When a supplier informs us that an item on order is no longer available, the customer will receive a refund notice by e-mail.

Prices

The prices displayed on the www.boutiquestm.com website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery charges. The products are sold in accordance with the provisions of the Quebec Business Development Act.
The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars.
For all deliveries outside of Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are at the recipient's expense. Refunds of items due to availability are in Canadian dollars. Please note that the exchange rate applied is the one in effect on the day of the order or at the time of its refund. Boutiquestm.com will refund the same amount in Canadian dollars as the one invoiced for the sold out or returned item, but cannot be held responsible for any difference in currency due to the exchange rate applied by the customer's bank.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges cover preparation, packaging and postage. They are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and delivery charges. In no case, a customer will be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction of the delivery charges.

Payment

Orders placed on www.boutiquestm.com must be paid by credit card or PayPal. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD.

Delivery time

Orders must be processed within 5-8 business days for products in stock at our warehouse, plus an average of two to five business days for delivery in Quebec. The STM Boutique can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from an out-of-stock condition at the distributor's or the carrier's.


Return and exchange of merchandise

The items supplied by Boutiquestm.com are new and guaranteed without defect.
If an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Boutique STM will exchange or refund the item, including delivery charges, within 30 business days of the delivery date, provided that it is accompanied by the delivery slip and a copy of the Boutiquestm.com invoice.

For a return of merchandise, the customer agrees to return the merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date. However, if the product is not defective, the return will be subject to a 15% administration fee and the shipping fees will not be refunded. If the customer has taken advantage of the free shipping offer, the administration fee is 25% of the selling price of the returned item.
